Our Fall so Far… (Pt. 2)
Our October sprang into busy right away, with the production of the Jungle Book at the M
idwest Theater. 15 Homeschooled kids were included in the cast, and our group booked 70 seats in the school performances. Following that we had a trip to the Legacy of the Plains to visit The Way We Worked exhibit, traveling from the Smithsonian Institution. The kids enjoyed the exhibit and the staff at the Legacy of the Plains were wonderful guides. After we were done, our group enjoyed the corn maze outside the museum.
Our group also returned to the Wind Harvest Farms to pick raspberries and pumpkins this time:
Members even made the drive to SD to visit the South Dakota Air and Space Museum:
