March Highlights!

In March our group had several fun events. The book club met and discussed “Journey to the Center of the Earth” by Jules Verne. In April they discussed The Boxcar Children. For May, they will be reading Black Beauty.

A group of about 60 members attended the field trip to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. We arrived around 10:30 and stayed until closing and still didn’t get everything covered. It will likely be on our list again soon. Enjoy the pictures and plan to join us next time:

Another highlight in March was that a good number of students from our group were able to play in the Theater production of The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe.
