Sign-up Deadline is Sunday, April 23rd, 10pm.

Get out your running shoes and your jump rope and get ready for the Second Annual VHSA Track and Field Day on Sunday, April 30, from 3-6 pm at the Morrill High School Track! (411 E Hamilton St, Morrill, NE)Please arrive about 15 minutes early.

There will be 4 age categories: 5-7, 8-11, 12-14, 15-19. Awards will be given for boys and girls in each event and a championship award will also be given to the top boy and girl from each age group.

Running Events: 50M, 100M, 200M, 400M, and Bonus- Team Relay Race. (*choose only 3 running events from this list, not counting the Relay Race)

Field Events: Soccer Ball Kick, Soft Ball Throw, Running Long Jump, Jump Rope (single), Jump Rope (being turned).

Little Kid Events For children 4 and under: Single 50M race, Face Painting, Bubbles, Bean Bag Toss.

To sign-up please email valleyhsa@gmail.com with your child’s name, age, boy or girl, up to 3 running events (50M, 100M, 200M, 400M), and if they would like to be assigned to a relay race team. (Note: the relay race is a bonus co-ed event). And the Field Events your child would like to do. We encourage you to sign your child up for all 5 of the field events, if they desire.(Soccer Kick, Soft Ball Throw, Running Long Jump, Jump Rope(single), Jump Rope (being turned).

***The Little Kid Events do not need to be signed up for, they are there for your child’s enjoyment!***

This event is open to all home school children; please invite any you know!

Non-members will need to sign a waiver upon arrival. (Members already signed a waiver in their VHSA membership.)

Cost is $5 per family for VHSA members and $7 per family for non-members. Please bring cash or check made out to VHSA when you arrive.
